Why buy from the National Public Sector Framework?
The re-tendered Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Services Framework allows buyers to engage with competent, capable, and committed suppliers for the delivery of their planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services.
All suppliers on the framework have confirmed they can either self-deliver or sub-contract the maintenance and repair of the following core services:
- Boilers, Heating and Hot Water Systems
- Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration
- Plumbing, Cold Water and Hygiene
- Fire, Security and Life Safety Systems
- Electrical, Lifts and Access
Buyers calling off from this framework agreement should look to enter a contract with a single supplier capable of delivering their entire mechanical and electrical maintenance service requirements. It is anticipated that this single relationship will create efficiencies and synergies in terms of time, quality and cost.
It was awarded on 1st March 2024 and runs to 28th February 2027.
The framework provides added value throughout when compared to other public sector frameworks. The framework is:
